Borderlands 4 review: Everything you love and hate about Borderlands at once

That’s part of the gift and the curse of Gearbox’s extravagant new shooter. It amplifies the series’ love of excess in a full-on open-world game where every dial is cranked to the max. If you love the shooting, unique loot, or crisp sound design that have long defined Borderlands, you’ll get all of those qualities at their peak. But if there’s anything that’s ever bugged you about the series — like, say, bad one-liners served with the frequency of McDonald’s hamburgers at a drive-thru window — you’ll find that your pet peeves have become an invasive species.

Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 writer Jennifer Svedberg-Yen would be the first to tell you: writing a video game is work . At least writing a novel is a one-person operation for most of the time. Pokémon Go Max Monday and Max Battle schedule for June 2025

Knowing the Max Battle schedule is useful if you’re looking to expand your inventory of Dynamax Pokémon in Pokémon Go . It does appear that Niantic will start rotating Pokémon in and out of Max Battles on a month-by-month basis, with some event Pokémon littered in. There are also Max Mondays, a weekly event similar to raid hour, where one Pokémon will show up more frequently in power spots from 6-7 p.m. That said, you’ll want a healthy amount of Dynamax Pokémon in your team if you choose to divulge in the feature, as only Dynamax Pokémon can participate in Max Raids. (So you’re pretty much catching Pokémon to help you catch more Pokémon.)
