Final Fantasy’s stories and gameplay depend on one crucial skill

Summoners have been a staple of the Final Fantasy series for decades. More often than not, they’re the spiciest magic users in your party, calling forth supernatural entities to dole out splashy elemental attacks, like Shiva for ice and Ramuh for lightning. Depending on the game, these monsters are known as Espers, Materia, Eikons, or just capital-S Summons. Whatever we’re calling them, they create a compelling link between gameplay and narrative that’s been persistent throughout Final Fantasy from the early ’90s all the way up to the modern era. They’re also a clever way to justify some of the series’ most jaw-dropping plot twists.

Pokémon Go Max Monday and Max Battle schedule for June 2025

Knowing the Max Battle schedule is useful if you’re looking to expand your inventory of Dynamax Pokémon in Pokémon Go . It does appear that Niantic will start rotating Pokémon in and out of Max Battles on a month-by-month basis, with some event Pokémon littered in. There are also Max Mondays, a weekly event similar to raid hour, where one Pokémon will show up more frequently in power spots from 6-7 p.m. That said, you’ll want a healthy amount of Dynamax Pokémon in your team if you choose to divulge in the feature, as only Dynamax Pokémon can participate in Max Raids. (So you’re pretty much catching Pokémon to help you catch more Pokémon.)
